My name is Robert Stone and I am a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist with a Masters degree in kinesiology. My area of expertise includes working with adults aged 40 and over as well as individuals with chronic medical conditions and disabilities.

Finding the right personal trainer can be a daunting task as not every trainer has experience working with various age groups and health conditions. However, with my 100% risk-free approach, you will receive a free one-hour comprehensive evaluation via live video to determine your fitness needs and goals. We will then create a customized training schedule and workout plan that ensures you achieve your fitness objectives as quickly as possible.

I am available to train at your convenience, whether it be in the morning, afternoon or evening, relieving you of the stress of traveling to a gym. You only pay for the exercise sessions you need, and you will receive nutritional counseling when necessary to ensure you achieve a healthy weight.

My training program focuses on improving your muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular endurance as per your specific requirements. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your posture, reduce pain, or enhance your cardiovascular health, I can assist you.

With me, you will have a comfortable and non-intimidating experience in the comfort of your prĂ³pria home. Each workout is designed to challenge you to get the best results possible without causing undue discomfort.

As an experienced and certified personal trainer, I will provide you with expert training that is customized to your unique needs. Additionally, I will educate you on the benefits of exercise and your own physical health so you can take control of your fitness journey.
