My daughter and her dog are undergoing therapy dog training, which is a delightful experience for them. They are acquiring a lot of skills, and the owner and staff are incredibly helpful and attentive to my daughter's needs.

I enrolled my pet Cavadoodle, Jacobi, who is only 4 months old, in a board and train program with Jax and her team. After an exhaustive search for a flexible puppy training program that would accommodate my work schedule, I selected them for their excellent services. Several factors contributed to my positive experience with Rocky, my dog's trainer, and Jax's team, including the following: 1. Prior to enrolling in any training, Jax provided me with a one-hour introductory session to share their training principles and what to anticipate. Her candidness and honesty were much appreciated. 2. During the board and train program, my pet stayed with Rocky, his principal trainer, in his home. This personalized approach enabled consistent training in a comfortable environment, and the opportunity to socialize with other dogs and learn from his mentors. 3. Jax was always accessible via email or text, and would even send me photos and videos of my fur baby's training. This was particularly beneficial when I missed my pet. 4. Compared to other board and train programs, this one was reasonably priced, making it a more feasible option for people like me. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone, as they are committed to continuing the training after the program ends. I am already looking forward to going back for additional training with Jax and her team!
