With his courteous and professional manner and positive attitude, Miguel impressed me greatly. He not only offered great ideas, but also used his keen eye to point out other issues with my roof and gutters. Plus, I appreciated that we could converse in Spanish and chat about the Yucatán. I was also pleased with the cleanup job they did after removing the chimney and all the gunk that came with it. Three separate projects were completed, first with the removal of a decrepit chimney to simplify the roof and eliminate leaks. Second, skylights were removed to address further leaks and reduce excess heat. Finally, a solar fan was installed in the attic to draw out hot air and keep things cooler in these scorching summers.
