With decades of experience in Information Technology, including computers, networking, and more, I am a detail-oriented professional with extensive technical expertise. My gentle approach towards my clients and their equipment ensures a positive experience. Here are some of the services that I provide:

Setup, Repair, and Troubleshooting: My expertise includes Windows, Mac, and Linux computers, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, fitness trackers, printers, and more. Additionally, I offer password management and simple to expansive wired and wireless network setup.

Remote Support: While I typically visit my clients/customers' location, I also provide remote support through online services such as TeamViewer or Zoho Assist for those with whom I have established a working relationship.

Extended Hands-on Services: I communicate with your ISP on your behalf to ensure optimal internet connectivity and provide cabling services such as tidying up your computer area and professionally installing cable runs with wall plates throughout residential or business structures.

Training: I offer quick tutorials and/or more extensive training on IT-related hardware, software, and systems.

Home Automation and Security: I set up SmartThings with all the usual features such as lights, switches, and voice control via Alexa. Furthermore, I offer smart/connected lawn sprinkler systems, HVAC, thermostats, water heaters, leak detection/flood prevention, and more.

I enjoy working with people and ensuring their tech-related experiences are positive. If I encounter an unfamiliar issue, I have the necessary resources to learn and figure it out. I strive to over-deliver and remain committed to my clients' satisfaction. My fee policy reflects my belief that everyone deserves good IT Support at a reasonable cost.
