Steve's repair services are characterized by simplicity, fairness, and thoroughness. He recently came over to our bathroom to fix a fluorescent light. After careful examination, we opted to substitute the light fixture rather than the ballast. Steve was courteous, expert, swift, and even-handed while replacing the old fixture with the new one.
