Steve was an absolute hero when I needed him the most - I was in dire need of both lessons and an actual drum coach who would work with me for hours on end. I had to prepare 24 songs/tracks for a project in which I was performing music, and Steve was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, and was passionate about helping me prepare for the project so that I felt confident in playing the set list.
Steve was always incredibly communicative and checked in with me regularly. He was kind, patient, and considerate in his teaching style, and approached the material in a professional manner. Rather than simply demonstrating how things were done and expecting me to understand, he took the time to break down the songs and review them with me, ensuring that I fully understood why and how things worked the way they did.
