I enlisted Steve's help in replacing a door jam, and I was pleasantly surprised by his speedy response time - a rarity these days. He skillfully removed both the existing door and storm door, replaced the rotting jam with a brand new one, and then carefully rehung both doors. He finished the job off by sealing and caulking everything in order to ensure the job was done to a high standard. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend him to others in need of his expertise.

Steve was truly a godsend! He promptly addressed our requirements and completed the task within a day, which some others claimed would necessitate two days. Our 2 patio doors were installed by Steve in an excellent manner, and he also restored our lower level drywall ceiling with great skill. Steve exceeded our expectations by installing a wood block to our outside water faucet at no extra cost, which was something we were struggling with. After this experience, Steve is our go-to guy for any upcoming handyman work.

If CrackerJack had allowed me to choose all three characteristics, I would have selected them all for Steve. Due to a negative experience with a previous handyman, I carefully read Steve's reviews before reaching out to him. Soon after, Steve contacted me and scheduled an in-person estimate. At our appointment, Steve arrived on time and was punctual for subsequent meetings. Confident in his ability after discussing the initial repair, I asked him to handle other projects on my list. To my surprise, Steve suggested options I had not considered and completed all of the projects in just over a day. His pride in his work was evident, and I will undoubtedly be a returning customer.
