After obtaining our measurements, Alex promptly delivered a reasonable estimate, and provided us with photographic evidence of his team's previous projects. I would like to give my highest recommendation to Sterling Exteriors for their excellent work re-staining our deck and outdoor staircase railing last week. After my husband contacted Alex on a Thursday, he promptly responded and even made time to visit our home the following day to provide his expertise in color selection. Alex was extremely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and scheduling our work immediately. On the day of the job, the crew exhibited dedication, care, and attention to detail, resulting in an outstanding outcome that exceeded our expectations. And, unlike previous experiences with other crews, they left the job site impeccably clean. Before my house hit the market, a contractor decided to bail on me just a week prior. I needed my deck to be repainted and refurbished since it was weather worn, but it seemed like every contractor I reached out to was unavailable. However, I stumbled across Alex from Sterling Exteriors who promised to adjust his schedule and have the work finished by the weekend, despite it being Thursday. True to his word, he was able to send his crew to pressure wash the deck on the following day and had the painters work under the sun to finish the job that Saturday. Their dedication and hard work were commendable, and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Alex's professionalism, work ethic and kindness were rare qualities to find, and I would definitely recommend Sterling Exteriors to anyone who is looking for quality service.
