The quality of work performed was unsatisfactory. The shelving had not been completed adequately prior to painting, resulting in rough surfaces. Additionally, some aspects of the installation process appeared improvised, such as the crooked lining of a window. Despite these shortcomings, the worker was agreeable and arrived on time.
