Howdy, my name is Stephanie - a one-time dancer who now coaches women one-on-one using a combination of fitness, yoga, and life-empowerment strategies. I actively promote self-care, body positivity, and self-acceptance, and have a burning desire to help you achieve your aspirations.
Through my unique approach to coaching, we'll combine personal training with life coaching. During each session, roughly 50% of the time will be spent moving while the other half will be devoted to conversation, while keeping your needs and goals at the forefront of my mind. Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and desires.
I possess a Master's degree in Dance Education from NYU, a Bachelor's degree in Dance from UCLA, alongside being Yoga Alliance certified and a Barre Instructor certificate holder. Previously, I was the owner of Studio 505 Dance and Movement Arts in San Francisco.
Our coaching sessions will occur over Zoom. If you're unsure that my style is the right fit for you, I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory session for new clients so you can get a taste of my coaching approach.
