We specialize in staging vacant properties within San Diego County. Our pricing varies based on the project, but our terms are favorable for up to 75 days. This allows the furnishings to remain in the home for an extended period of time, without incurring a renewal fee. To ensure accurate pricing, please send us details, photographs, and the address of the property when requesting a quote.

In addition to vacant properties, we also offer occupied home staging consultations. This service is available throughout San Diego County for $350, which includes a two-hour in-home visit followed by a comprehensive report with an action plan to help prepare your home for the market. If you require additional support, we also offer a six-hour hands-on package for $700 that includes staging your home with your current furnishings. This service is also available in Spanish.
