An older house that required an entire plumbing overhaul was recently purchased by my daughter and her fiancé. The amazing work completed by John Randolph, who was in charge of the project from start to finish, was truly impressive. John not only communicated regularly but displayed a high level of professionalism in his work. Despite encountering unforeseen problems that required extra effort, John retained a positive attitude throughout the project. He made sure to simplify complex terms and offered sufficiently clear explanations, enabling us to make informed choices. John was easy and comfortable to work with, and we are delighted with the quality of his work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing-related needs; he was indeed excellent.

For the past few months, our community has been looking for a competent, ethical, and highly qualified roofer to address our maintenance needs, and we found exactly what we were looking for in Steel's Home Services. John was quick to come out and provide an estimate for eight roof repairs, which he completed in no time. Not only did he offer additional estimates and recommendations, but he was also professional, friendly, affordable, punctual, communicative, and had an excellent work ethic, providing a broad range of services. Our community is very happy with John's work, and as a result, we will be entering into a maintenance agreement with Steel's Home Services. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
