The response time was excellent and Ben actually arrived on time! He was very pleasant and attentive to my concerns. He fixed the issue in a prompt manner and displayed a high level of professionalism. I'm eager to have him return and assist me with other tasks on my to-do list.

Update as of 9/18/22: Fortunately, everything worked out exceptionally well. Ben was quick to reach out to me and express why he had missed our first appointment. His apology was genuine and there were indeed mitigating circumstances that he couldn't control. He was gracious enough to reschedule for the following day, which made me incredibly happy. Not only did he finish the job rapidly and professionally, but he's an exceptionally talented, competent, and pleasant man. At this point, I've already started a list of projects that I'd like him to tackle in the future. If you're still indecisive about hiring Ben, I'd strongly recommend you do so. In my opinion, you won't regret it. Initially, I had my heart set on Ben after a positive first conversation. Unfortunately, my appointment slot elapsed with no contact whatsoever- no calls, texts, or messages. I haven't received a response to my text yet. As a result, I'm still on the lookout for a trustworthy handyman who will follow through on their commitments.

With great diligence and speed, Ben efficiently tended to several repairs at my house including hanging a mirror, grouting my showers and bathroom areas, and fixing a light switch. I am impressed with his workmanship and would not hesitate to hire him again to take care of any future repairs.
