Our business is family-oriented, with my mother (Lavora) as the assistant for boarding/daycare clients, and my father (Herbert) as the assistant for dog walks/drop-in visits. I offer a range of services, including boarding/overnights and daycare in the sitter's home (for pets weighing 25 pounds and under only), drop-in visits in the clients' home (for all types of pets), dog walking (for all types of pets), and I can dispense medication if needed (injection, pills, eye drops, topical, etc.). Lavina was an exceptional caretaker! We greatly appreciated receiving regular updates on Frankie along with pictures, and she paid great attention to every aspect of Frankie's day. It was reassuring during our vacation to know that Frankie was receiving all the care and affection she is accustomed to, especially since it was her first time away from us. Starr Pet provided excellent service! They took care of our dogs for eight whole days and kept us informed with updates twice daily. My experience with dog boarding services was absolutely wonderful. Lavina's care for small dogs shines through in her warm and welcoming demeanor towards not only the dogs, but their owners too. Throughout my dog's stay, I received daily updates with photos and communication twice a day. It was clear from these messages that my dog was happy and relaxed in Lavina's care. Prior to the boarding, Lavina answered all of my questions and even offered pick up and drop off services for a small fee which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.
