With graduation fast approaching, my cap and gown still hadn't arrived. I reached out to Todd in a panic, but he assured me that everything would be fine. And true to his word, he worked his magic. My niece, who is set to graduate in May with a degree in bionuclear engineering, is incredibly intelligent, but she's not always great with the administrative stuff, like sorting out graduation photos.
