My flatmate and I were transitioning from an upstairs apartment to a downstairs one in the same complex, both of us injured and unable to handle the move alone. Taskrabbit let us down at the last moment when they cancelled on us just before the scheduled start time, leaving us struggling to pack.
The three-member team that arrived at our doorstep was a real lifesaver- moving, packing, and even replacing a fridge, washing machine, and dryer with ease and with the utmost efficiency. In just four hours, they were able to move our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment without touching the walls or causing any harm to our personal belongings. They also worked around our curious cats, treating them with love and kindness despite the stressful situation.
Their outstanding customer service and professionalism left us overjoyed with the quality of their work. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a move or heavy lifting.
