Star Van Lines provided exceptional service during our move from Albuquerque, a three bedroom house, to Santa Monica, a four bedroom townhouse. Their team went to great lengths to ensure that all of our belongings, including tools, boxes, wrapping paper, and blankets, were wrapped and protected during transport- and nothing was damaged in the end. They also assisted with loading and unloading, reassembling beds, and even helped with unpacking. The staff were incredibly friendly, and special thanks goes to Nick, who went above and beyond. I relocated to Reno, Nevada from Los Angeles. The team arrived punctually and promptly began working. They estimated correctly that their large truck would not accommodate all my possessions, so we prioritized the significant and bulky items like furniture, the piano, and a table saw, leaving behind everything else. They even assisted me in loading my Uhaul trailer. The movers wrapped all my furniture and delicate items with great care, particularly my cherished piano. Upon arriving at the new home, they wasted no time in starting work, taking only a few short breaks due to the sweltering heat. The team estimated it would take approximately eight hours to finish the job, and this proved to be accurate. I provided them with plenty of cold beverages and snacks, which they gratefully accepted. It was a demanding job, and I suggest going the extra mile for them by offering such items. Furthermore, they provided me with a military discount that was not advertised, and I compensated them amply with gratuity. I recommend doing the same.
