The task at hand was to set up a porch ceiling for an exterior wrap porch. I made a specific appeal for the installation of soffit-like material. While other merchants were clueless, Roland Hook, the proprietor, comprehended my exact demands. The installation, completed by two experts, took approximately one day. The finished product looks remarkable, and credit goes to Roland for his assist.

We are absolutely delighted with the exceptional work, attention to detail, and professionalism of Star Home Improvements, who recently fitted 13 windows in our property. From the outset, our experience as customers was thoroughly positive, and we highly recommend their services to anyone seeking to make improvements to their home. With a view to preparing our 19-year-old property for a forthcoming sale, we needed to replace substandard south-facing windows that were discolored and had broken seals. Roland worked with us to devise solutions that would increase the value of the property without exceeding our budget, which was particularly challenging given our need to replace windows in a kitchen sunroom. The installation team arrived promptly, kept us updated on progress, and left our home immaculate. We were charged the exact amount quoted, and we are only sorry that we didn't turn to Star Home Improvements sooner, as our new windows are simply stunning and have transformed the appearance of our home.
