The repairman had ample experience with replacing dryer belts on an extremely old Maytag model. He arrived with the correct new belt and proceeded to remove the drum, lubricate the rollers, and install the new belt, which proved to be a challenging task. Additionally, he thoroughly cleaned the interior of the dryer. The repairman expressed his admiration for the earlier craftsmanship of the machine and took pride in returning it to working order. However, there was a delay in the scheduled early morning appointment, highlighting the need for better communication in the future.

If I had to select all five positives, I would definitely choose them all. The man was extremely responsive through phone calls and text messages. The quality of his work was remarkable and he had a very friendly manner. We were extremely pleased that we chose him for the job and would highly recommend Star Appliance Repair.
