I persevered until the problem was resolved. With regard to resolving a leakage issue in my garage, I had Olshan come over to install a new drainage system on the side of my property. They subsequently added a sump pump to my crawl space. When this initial solution didn't suffice, they returned to my home multiple times and made necessary adjustments, even delving deeper, until the issue was completely resolved within the original agreed-upon fee. The footing of my house sits on bedrock that lies just 12 inches beneath it, which made a standard installation impractical for the installers. However, they commendably adjusted to this unusual circumstance and remained dedicated to completing the job promptly and to a high standard that matches the house's longevity.
