On that day, Amanda was the first to approach me and examine the house, offering an immediate estimate. The contract she presented was exceptionally fair and comprehensive, encompassing the staging of each room in addition to the upstairs deck and the first-floor patio. On comparison, other providers charged more for staging solely the main level and a portion of the second floor. As per the schedule, the house was staged and presently looks stunning!
