In general, the experience was fantastic and the customer service was superb. I contacted Kwame in regards to repairing our commercial security system, as the wires had been cut and I wasn't sure which type of DVR was required. He was incredibly patient in answering my questions and provided equipment that was precisely what we needed. I highly recommend him as he is a genuine professional.
