I was hired to complete an interior paint project for a home in Clifton/Burke area that was over 3000 square feet. The scope of the project included minor wall repair and painting for almost all primary surfaces, such as the walls, ceilings, and trim. However, the project did not include the cabinets or banister spindles, which I forgot to request. Additionally, I regret not asking for repairs to a broken trim piece in one of the basement rooms. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that the piece was broken until after the work was completed, but I'm sure they would have done a great job if I had asked for it.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the completed project. The team's professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail were exceptional, resulting in straight lines and great cleanup. The team was also quick to address any missed details, which are inevitable in such a large project.
I highly recommend their services and encourage you to consider them for your next project!

The shutters, front door, fascia, soffit, and column of our home were painted beautifully by SR Pro. In addition, they replaced a small amount of trim. The crew, led by Sam, was both professional and attentive. Although there was a section of the trim that did not meet our expectations, they were quick to rectify the situation without complaint when we requested the redo. We have dealt with contractors in the past who were difficult in these situations, so we greatly appreciated their willingness to fix the issue promptly. Both Sam and a woman we communicated with over the phone, whose name we unfortunately do not recall, demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, the end result of the project was superb and warrants a 5-star rating.
