The details of the cleaning job were not discussed beforehand, and a young woman was sent alone to clean a 2400 sq ft house she had not seen before. It was necessary to have a full discussion of the job before sending an employee. Cleaning the house to a proper standard required two people, and it was an immense task that took three and a half bathrooms plus a large great room. The cost of $420 seemed reasonable at first given the size of the house and the need for deep cleaning, but the person hired worked hard for only 4.5 hours, making it an extremely poor value at $100/hour.
