Hello, my name is Vicente, and I am the founder and CEO of SPM Consultations & Notary Public. With over six years of experience as a public servant in the Texas legislature, I wanted to find a new way to provide exceptional service to my community.

Requirements for standard notarizations:
1. A valid state or federal ID (e.g. State DL, State ID, Passport, etc.).
2. Masks are optional.

Remote notarization requires the following for every signer, including witnesses:
1. A current state or federal ID (e.g. DL, ID, Passport, etc.).
2. Access to a device for uploading and downloading documents.
3. A device equipped with audio and video communication, such as a smart phone or laptop.
