The food was so delectable that my guests were inquiring about to-go boxes before finishing their plates. The appetizers were bursting with flavor, and so was the dinner. Although I didn't snap as many photos as I intended, I'm sharing a few pictures of the amazing food he created. His effortless handling of the entire process made me forget that I was hosting, giving me time to chat with guests instead. At a residence in Reunion, Chef Dameon and his team catered a significant dinner event for my company. Aware of the importance of the occasion, Chef Dameon conveyed from the onset a sense of understanding. Through our initial correspondences via email and our phone calls prior to the dinner, I was confident that he was the right choice for the occasion. We had six well-received passed h'ors d'oeuvres, notably the delectable shrimp skewers, as well as a delightful cheese platter added to the menu at the last moment. Our servers, Dan, Heather, and Carlos, were attentive and responsive to our every need. Despite two unexpected guests, Chef Dameon was prepared for anything that came his way - including creating a vegetarian meal upon request, which was met with wide admiration. His vegetables and potatoes were exceptional, and the fish entree with lemon butter sauce was a particular highlight. To top it off, Chef Dameon and his team left the kitchen in pristine condition, even going so far as to mop the floor. I would hire them again without hesitation.
