Setting up the job with Chris was a breeze as he was readily available and attentive. He promptly directed us to their partner, Servpro, to GC the job. Specialty proved to be efficient in eliminating the asbestos from the house post a water leakage. Their promptness and thoroughness should be commended. However, they could have been more organized in removing our fixtures as screws and plumbing bits were not stored together with the fixtures. Additionally, some mess was left behind like tape and staples on the wall, and our screen was left open.
