Despite the impressive cleanliness of my kitchen and small bathroom, Ashley's team fell short when it came to my bedroom and master bathroom. While some items were moved in the latter, none were cleaned, leaving small mirrors and other features in need of attention. The bedroom only received a quick vacuum and slapdash bed-making, with my electric blanket tossed on the floor. Sadly, Ashley's work left me feeling let down. Though I gave a $30 tip, I hoped it would go to the rest of the team who had worked hard. Going forward, those who use this service should be prepared to oversee and inspect Ashley's work, as the rest of her team did an admirable job.
