We arranged for a move out clean with her, however, I must alert potential clients that the price initially quoted was $285, but later increased to $475 upon completion. It took me by surprise and I demanded an explanation. She did provide one and eventually adjusted the price to $375. It is advisable to be clear about your budget before scheduling the service. Apart from the pricing issue, I highly endorse her services. She and her team did a phenomenal job, bringing the house to a pristine level.
