The individual who visited my home to take measurements and promised to email me turned out to be deceitful. Despite checking all my email folders, including spam, I did not receive any communication from this person. Upon reaching out to him regarding the job opportunity, he claimed that he would send another email the following day. However, once again, no email arrived. I feel it is important to inform others of this person's untrustworthiness, not to defame their character but to avoid any potential miscommunication or missed deadlines. It appears that this individual makes promises but does not follow through, and therefore should not be relied upon for any work.

I had arranged for a visit to deliver a quote and confirmed the date and time for 10am. However, at 10:30am, I made a call to inquire if anyone was on their way but nobody answered. This lack of communication and absence indicates unsatisfactory customer service.
