They were mindful to unpack and transfer it to the basement area via a narrow staircase, without causing any harm to the furniture piece or the walls. Their conduct was polite and professional. Working with Alex was an amazing experience. He was prompt with his responses and offered fair pricing. Space moving's rates were neither too high nor too low, but right in the middle.
The crew arrived on schedule and promptly began their work. Despite having heavy, solid wood furniture, they managed it effortlessly.
Upon arrival at my new place, they put everything where I asked them to. They even made sure that the hardwood floors did not get damaged while setting up my bed.
I will absolutely contact them again to help me move back to my house once my renovation is complete.

After buying a white loveseat from Ikea, I expected it to come in manageable pieces that I could easily load into my car and unpack at home. However, once I opened the box, I realized that the fully finished loveseat weighed a whopping 130 pounds and only required leg attachment. Despite Ikea being closed, I managed to lift the loveseat with the help of fellow gracious shoppers and bungeed it onto my mini countryman's tailgate for the 90-minute drive home. However, the challenges didn't end there as I had to deal with wild critters having access to the inside of my car and an impending rain forecast. I knew I needed help, which is when I reached out to Space Moving and Storage for assistance.
Even though it was already 2:00 am when I thought of contacting them, I sent in my request anyway, expecting to receive a response the next day. To my surprise, they responded in just 12 minutes! They arrived as promised, carefully carrying the loveseat (which did I mention, is white?) and even offered to attach the legs and rearrange the furniture to my liking. They were exceptionally professional, responsive, and cautious - all at a reasonable price. I would undoubtedly give them 10 stars if possible and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable moving and storage services.
