Greetings to all! As parents, we often become quite frazzled while planning our Little's birthday celebration, and we strive for perfection in everything we do. I would like to share with you that after extensive searching for a suitable bounce house, Moon Bounce really lowered my stress level. Moreover, despite my late evening or delayed messages, they were prompt in their replies, taking into account that being a mom can entail quite a lot of multitasking! The professionalism exhibited was top-notch, and I found their staff to be personable and informative, providing us with valuable information on what to do in case of inclement weather. Furthermore, they were extremely flexible with respect to coordinating drop-off and pick-up schedules. I am thoroughly impressed with their reputation, timing, communication, professionalism, and persistence factors, and I will undoubtedly be using their services again. We celebrated our 2-year old's birthday with her friends from the neighborhood and the castle was a hit! SJBM was fantastic to work with - incredibly responsive and provided seamless delivery and pickup. We highly recommend them.
