We are authorized dealers for a variety of top brands, including ELAN, Lutron, Sony, LG, Denon, Yamaha, Samsung, and SONOS.
Whether it's a simple TV installation or a full-scale smart home integration with audio and video distribution, security, surveillance, HVAC, smart door locks, lighting, irrigation, and shades, our team can handle any project with ease. Our user-friendly app runs on all Android, iPhone, and iPad devices, integrating all systems into one place.
Our services are available at a rate of $250 per hour for service calls, with subsequent hourly rates of $150 in 15-minute increments.
At our company, we specialize in high-end custom integration of all your systems, and unfortunately, we do not work with entry-level consumer systems such as Linksys, Netgear, Google Home, Ring, Nest, Logitech Harmony, Bose, and Amazon TV mounts.
While we specialize in diagnosing and replacing broken components in home theater systems, we do not offer TV, receiver, or speaker repairs. Typically, the cost of repairs exceeds the overall replacement cost, so we suggest consulting an electronics repair company if you need repairs on these devices.
Please keep in mind that we do charge a minimum for wiring jobs, so while we may not be the most affordable option for single wiring runs, we promise quality service. At present, CrackerJack does not allow us to filter out these small jobs, so please plan accordingly when reaching out to us.

Our house had problems with internet connectivity, causing Zoom classes for the kids to be disrupted. It was a terrible situation. Fortunately, Eric and Kevin provided tremendous assistance in resolving the wifi and connectivity issues. With their punctuality and professionalism, they arrived with a van full of equipment to start immediately, laying down tarps to keep the home clean. They kept us informed of each step in the process and provided explanations for their methods. Since the new setup, we have not had any issues with people logging in. Therefore, I strongly recommend them!

Similar to many families, we are preparing for a new school year with both parents working remotely and both children participating in remote education. Taking everyone's needs into consideration, we endeavored to enhance our network and install additional ethernet access points throughout our home.
After examining several options, we received a prompt response from Erik at Southland Smart Home. The following day, he and his colleague Kevin visited our older home to develop a plan. Erik took his time evaluating every aspect of the house to determine the most effective approach for achieving our goals. He and Kevin worked exceptionally well together, offering inventive solutions to tackle the task at hand. Erik provided us with a clear and concise breakdown of the number of man hours required, the necessary hardware, and the costs involved.
We decided to proceed, and the installation was scheduled for the following day. Erik and Kevin arrived timely and worked diligently and cleanly throughout the day, being mindful of our schedules and meetings. We experienced less than an hour of downtime during the installation of the new system. Despite the challenges the house presented, the project flowed seamlessly, and by 6 p.m., our network was blazing fast. Before leaving, Erik installed an app on our phones that granted total control over the network. He ensured everyone was connected and performed speed tests in each room of the house. We couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend Southland Smart Homes.

Despite the limited attic space in my two-story house, they successfully wired all the required drop locations as per my specifications, resulting in a flawless home network operation. When I wanted to update our house with a wired network during some remodeling, I reached out to Southland Smart Home. Eric replied promptly with clear instructions on what had to be done. Fortunately, he was available the following day for a complete installation with his assistant Kevin. Before, our WiFi speed was restricted, even though we employed a mesh network.
