These individuals insist on requesting an excessive amount of information before providing a price for their services. It seems as though they are assessing the client's financial capability and willingness to pay for every aspect of the project. The amount of time they spent interrogating me led me to seek and secure service from a different provider within a mere 3 hours. I find it tedious to invest my time dealing with them.
