When the Southern Coker Power team arrived to clean my solar panels, they discovered an infestation of raccoons. They skillfully removed the critters and tidied up the mess they left behind. They are now en route to make my panels impervious to critters. I am grateful to these technicians as they have rescued my panels and roof. Moreover, they charged me reasonably. When issues arose with our solar panels, the two companies responsible for installation failed to provide assistance. However, upon reaching out to Jonathan at Socopower, the team of proficient specialists conducted a thorough diagnosis of both systems, procured necessary components, and completed repairs at our location in a professional and thoughtful manner, all within a day. We were extremely pleased with the exceptional response we received, particularly from Aaron who coordinated the on-site efforts.

The solar installation was extremely disorganized. There was a lack of continuity between the teams that removed and reinstalled my panels, resulting in extra mounting hardware left on my roof. It took a frustratingly long three weeks to get the system up and running, but once it was, it kept causing circuit breakers to trip, and this issue was never resolved. Scheduling a technician to fix the multiple problems with my installation was a nightmare, as the service representative wouldn't provide a specific date or time, simply promising to "send someone out." In the end, I had to resort to hiring another company entirely to address these issues.
