Glenn promptly attended to our gas fireplace concern the very next day. It was fortunate that he came at a time when the temperature dropped to 10°F, and we were without power for an entire day. He managed to get everything sorted out, including fixing the light switch. We're delighted with his efficient service and will definitely consider Southeastern for future needs.

He was such a pleasant and amiable individual! I was truly awed by his personality. Regrettably, Glenn doesn't offer chimney cleaning services and seemed oblivious to the fact that I required that service presently. He was under the impression that his job was to mend an issue with my gas log starter. I felt apologetic that he was misled and had a wasted trip to my home. Nevertheless, I would unquestionably enlist his services if I needed any assistance with my gas or other plumbing needs.
