The cement was not pressure washed prior to the sealant application, resulting in a failure for the sealant to adhere. The contractor employed a deceitful tactic of offering a low-cost paving service to inflate the cost of the sealant. A mere two weeks of regular driving caused over 70% of the sealant to wash away. The contractor pledged to return and undertake repairs, but it has been nine weeks since his assertion.
