We recently had a socially distanced family night, filled with fun and virtual cooking demonstrations by Chef Casandra. With her guidance on Zoom, we prepared three dishes for our Asian dinner party and the entire family was involved in the preparation. The end result was a fantastic dinner with exceptional flavor! Our group of eight women, who were celebrating our 60th birthdays at a VRBO, were treated to a delicious meal by Cassandra. She served tender and meaty short ribs, boursin stuffed chicken, deviled eggs, wonderful green beans, spinach salad, and personal carrot cakes. We highly recommend her culinary services, which were fairly priced.
