In 2013, my family and I established this business. Prior to this, I worked as a roofer, and I thoroughly enjoy what I do. As part of my job, I ensure that I explain to customers every detail on what they can expect from their roof, which is a critical aspect. We travel to Richland and Lexington County and are willing to travel farther. As a roofer, you deserve a great quality service at a reasonable price. I am licensed, insured, and my work is guaranteed. We recognize the significance of what covers your home, and thus we take our job very seriously.

The company gave a date and time for an evaluation in order to provide a quote/estimate. As the date of the scheduled quote neared, I tried to reach out to arrange payment and provide my address through CrackerJack multiple times and even via telephone, but my messages and calls were ignored. The date and time passed without any response from the company. This is an awful way to conduct business, and it makes me concerned about their practices after they have been paid. I do not recommend this company.

Our prices and costs are extremely flexible. We worked tirelessly from 0730 until dark to complete the job. We also volunteered to do additional tasks without any extra charges. Our cleanup process is exceptionally meticulous, and we even sent a man back the next day to collect tiny pieces of old felt that were smaller than a dime.
