My greatest accomplishment is my unwavering consistency and trust in the process. Working with my Coach, I have discovered the value of mindfulness in my movement and nutrition planning. Previously, I would have indulged in a "blow out," but now I know better and am able to maintain control. Additionally, I have come to realize that no food is inherently bad, and this newfound perspective has improved my self-esteem and overall lifestyle.
