The installation exceeded my expectations. The SOS team diligently removed the old shingles, replaced the decking, installed the new product flawlessly, fixed the rusted out vents, and disposed of the waste. Overall, their workmanship was exceptional.

Water was seeping into my dad's Lake Ontario cottage through the roof, and being unfamiliar with people in the Watertown neighborhood, I turned to CrackerJack for help. This is where I discovered SOS Roofing, and after sending them my information on a Sunday night, I received a response within an hour. Based on the details I provided and their online inspection of the property, I received my first quote a few days later. The quote was presented in an easily comprehensible manner and possible problems were clearly explained to avoid any unpleasant surprises. They visited the actual cottage within a week, and made minor modifications to the quote. The roof was replaced within a month and it looks fantastic. Payment was in the usual 50% up front / 50% at completion format. I would not hesitate to suggest SOS to others or to use their services again in the future.

In just one day, they managed to efficiently install the roof which looks amazing. Moreover, they left the site spotless after cleaning up all the debris. I am extremely pleased with their work!
