With over 25 years of experience in home improvement, I take great pride in delivering top-notch residential services to my clients. Unlike some other companies, I do not outsource my work to sub-contractors. Instead, I personally undertake each project to ensure that it is executed flawlessly and exceeds my customers' expectations. I schedule appointments at specific times, rather than time windows, as I understand the annoyance of being given a four-hour window by service providers. If I arrive late to an appointment, I always notify my customers with a timely explanation. I always treat my clients and their homes with respect, as if the space were my own.

Soot Busters delivered outstanding results in resolving the leak issue and fitting a new cap. Along with replacing the chimney cap, they also repaired the chimney sides, which was not well done by another company I hired previously. My experience with Soot Busters was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services for their impeccable work quality. Upon my first contact, Greg was prompt in his response and proactive in rescheduling when weather impeded his original plans. Upon arriving to clean our fireplace, he was punctual, took the time to educate us on its gas operation and diligently searched for the not easily visible pilot shutoff. Based on his excellent service, I highly recommend him.

My fireplace and chimney were cleaned and inspected by Greg and his team. They did an outstanding job. Moreover, the price charged for the services was reasonable, and there were no unnecessary sales attempts. Greg suggested the most economical way to resolve the problems.
