As a practitioner of Massage Therapy, Herbalism, Aromatherapy, and Reiki, I incorporate various techniques including Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Sports, Thai Massage, and Reiki into my work. Following the healing tradition of Lomi Lomi, my massages help ease the body effortlessly into a state of relaxation and peace. In each session, I use hot stones to warm your muscles for maximum comfort and incorporate natural aromas, such as lavender and rose, and handcrafted CBD topical oils and salves to alleviate any discomfort or stress.
In addition, I also offer Sound Healing Therapy utilizing Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Tongue Drums, and Vocals, singing sacred Hawaiian chants at the beginning and end of each session.
Expecting mothers can also experience my modified Prenatal Lomi Lomi sessions. These sessions focus on gentle massage, Reiki, and Sound Healing to alleviate any tension in your low back, all while relaxing on a soft pregnancy pillow.
I have been practicing bodywork since 2013, and I received my initial Lomi Lomi training on Kaua’i before advancing my knowledge on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2017.

The massages I received at Nessa were the best I have experienced so far. If only I could afford to indulge in them three or four times a week! The quality of their massages is simply amazing. Additionally, my girlfriend purchased some of their candles, which are a sight to behold and smell wonderful. The sauna is a wonderful addition to the experience, either before or after a massage.
