They did an excellent job servicing my computer. However, my clumsy self dropped it, which caused irreparable damage, prompting me to purchase a new laptop from their store. They were compassionate, provided detailed service and communicated effectively. Their prices were reasonable, and their extensive knowledge of computers was impressive, akin to the Wookie's expertise in fixing the Millennium Falcon. Their cool demeanor was impressive, and I highly recommend their services.

My Hard Drive in a 2010 iMac was replaced with a Solid State Drive by Solve Your System after I brought it to their attention. Joe was the one who managed my service and repairs, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was highly responsive and efficient. My computer was restored and sent back to me in record time, performing much better than before. It's important to note that aside from their excellent service, the store has a well-maintained and professional atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience! Unfortunately, my computer was not starting up, and I suspected it was an issue with the CPU. Upon conducting a free diagnostic check, the technicians informed me that both the CPU and Power Supply were malfunctioning. They provided an expert evaluation of my computer and offered valuable recommendations. Eventually, they repaired my computer, and it has since improved significantly.
