If we perform the repair, we will not charge the service call fee of $89. Our technician will assess your appliance and offer a repair estimate. If you choose to proceed with the repair, we will subtract the $89 inspection fee from the total cost.
Alternatively, you can opt out of the repair and pay the $89 service fee for the inspection.

Improve the communication process. I was not contacted by them and had to contact Solo myself. It was challenging to get in touch with them. Additionally, Solo required a 50% payment upfront for the part before servicing. In the event that the part did not work, I would only receive a credit and not a cash refund.

The company was called to repair my freezer and ice maker. They repaired the freezer, but unfortunately, the ice maker was not functioning correctly. As a result, I was left with the task of finding and paying for another company. I would suggest ensuring that the issue is resolved before making the final payment. The technician was unable to identify the problem with my ice maker, which made me dissatisfied. This leaves me back to where I started, feeling unhappy.
