I paid Solid Square $4,700 to level some areas of my floors, repair my stairs, and rehabilitate two doors. However, the work they claimed to have completed was not properly executed, and they charged me another $1,400. The stairs still have a hole and the windows remain unsealed. I requested proof of their claimed work, but they insist that it is complete despite the photos proving otherwise.
I strongly advise against using Solid Square or working with Julian. Their fraudulent behavior has left me and my family out almost $5,000 without any satisfactory work completed. I am now reporting them to The Better Business Bureau, the New York State Attorney General's Office, and CrackerJack. It is my hope that no one else falls victim to their deceitful actions.

I cannot praise these guys enough! They drove an hour to my place, tore down my deck, and gave it a new look the following day. They fixed all the weak spots and made the old wood water-resistant to prevent damage. As a solitary person who doesn't socialize much, I appreciated how they let me accompany them while they worked and explained their process. They were pleasant, proficient, and charged me reasonably. Without hesitation, I would engage them again!
