The professional I hired was outstanding! They patiently answered all my inquiries and provided valuable information on the advantages of air sealing compared to R-value (thermal barrier) regarding spray foam insulation. They also explained everything they were going to do and why it was necessary to enable me to make informed decisions. Since their service, I have observed a 20% reduction in my energy bills!
Furthermore, they removed the fiberglass insulation saturated with mold from my crawlspace and eradicated the mold. They sealed the crawlspace and enlightened me on the cause of water intrusion that facilitated the growth of mold and installed gutters to fix the problem. They also fitted a UV light in my HVAC to adequately sterilize the air that enters my home, thus improving the air quality. I couldn't be more pleased with their exceptional work!
