Jonas is an outstanding electrician! I was impressed by his extensive knowledge of electricity and his ability to explain it in simple terms. He mentioned that he covers San Diego and we discussed scheduling, which was very reasonable. There was an additional charge for the service call to Julian and an hourly rate, but I found it to be very fair. Knowing Jonas was on his way, he sent me a text an hour before showing up early. When we met, he was dressed neatly and carried a tool bag, giving off a professional appearance. He got right to work without any small talk, which I appreciated. To begin, he conducted tests on the voltage, wires, and breakers using a meter on our 2 panels. He found an issue with the voltage after a power outage and quickly resolved it. He also identified two other minor problems, clearly explaining the repairs and costs needed. Jonas finished his work quickly within the hourly rate, with the service call included. He treated my wife well and made sure she understood everything. Jonas is a knowledgeable electrician who follows codes and safety measures, which is important to me as a contractor. He's worked with big electric companies, has passed inspections, and is a California State Licensed Electrical Contractor.
