Born in Cuba, Junior Quintero developed a passion for dancing and music from a tender age. He participated in various dance competitions, festivals, and auditions. Later, he secured admission at the prestigious Higher Institute of Art (ISA) in Havana and graduated after four years with in-depth knowledge of Cuban dances such as Salsa, Son, Rumba, Mambo, Cha cha cha, and Afro-Cuban folkloric dances. After graduation, he landed a role with the Conjunto Folklorico Nacional of Cuba and acted and danced in the movie "Dancing for my Havana," which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Through an invitation to participate in the United States' first annual Cuban Cultural Festival in Tampa, FL, in 2013, Junior relocated to the US, where he now works as an experienced dancer, teacher, and choreographer. He has collaborated with various dance companies and studios, including Ife-Ile Dance Company, Sikan Afro Cuban Dance Project, and DAF Studio, among others. His expertise in teaching both children and adults makes the dance experience enjoyable and effortless.

Jun is an incredible and incredibly kind person! It was a pleasure to be taught by him, and he showed great patience while teaching us. Our first dance at the wedding was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. What an amazing teacher!

I surprised my spouse with a private bachata dance lesson. Neither of us had ever taken a private class before, so we weren't sure what to anticipate. Junior, our instructor, was phenomenal. He was incredibly patient and guided us through the techniques step by step with clear explanations. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn to dance and have a great time! Grateful for the experience! 💃
