Before my career in Home Inspections, I worked as a Carpenter in Union Bridge for over 19 years. I began my journey in construction at the age of 18 and climbed my way up from the very bottom, starting with ground level work. Eventually, I earned the status of Union Journeyman Carpenter, gaining experience building various structures including hospitals, YMCA's, camps, houses, hotels, and others. I even had the opportunity to build bridges in California and Washington State. My experience extends to all aspects of construction, from drywall to concrete. Chris was hired by me to conduct a home inspection on a property that I was considering purchasing. Fortunately, he was able to accommodate my request and perform the inspection the very next day, which proved to be a lifesaver. Although the house I had entered into escrow for looked visually appealing after its renovation, Chris uncovered some significant concerns during the inspection, which would have necessitated expensive repairs. Unfortunately, the seller refused to negotiate appropriately, so we terminated the escrow agreement. Chris was instrumental in sparing me from a potential disaster.
